flag: Taiwan

There are different emoji meanings for flag: Taiwan in different cultures:
- Western culture
- Recognized as the flag of Taiwan, often used in discussions related to Taiwanese politics, economy, or culture. Its display can sometimes be politically charged depending on the context of 'One China' policy.
- East Asian culture
- In Mainland China, its display is highly sensitive and often censored due to the PRC's 'One China' principle, classifying Taiwan as a breakaway province. In Taiwan, it is a national symbol, used by citizens to express their national identity and sovereignty.
